The Children’s Services Council of Broward County invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for any or all of the three components identified under this RFP to address food insecurity: Summer Breakspot Enrichment, School Break Supplemental Meals, and Markets.

Please note that each component has a separate application that must be completed only if an agency wishes to provide that specific component.  All proposals must be submitted by 4:00 pm on July 8, 2022, through CSC’s online Contracts Administration & Procurement System (CAPS).

A virtual Pre-Bid Conference happened on June 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom.  This will be the only opportunity to receive verbal instructions regarding the RFP.  To register for the conference, please use the following link:

LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

The procurement is available through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS) and responses to this procurement must be submitted through CAPS. Training on the use of CAPS will take place during the Pre-Bid Conference.
